We are passionate about exciting mountain experiences and relaxing wellness days at the Thermal Römerbad spa and we want to inspire your passion as well. After all, this is who we are and what we live for. But who are we actually? The Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen are a team with many different faces for whom mutual respect, appreciation and excellent collaboration are important.

The Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen are one of the largest employers in the region, employing around 160 people in winter and around 80 in summer, ranging in age from their 20s to their 60s. The result is a creative and diverse “we."

We work together as equals and know that each of us - from the master snow technician to the pool manager and payroll clerk - plays an essential role in our success. Our ‘face-to-face’ section highlights the faces behind the Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen and invites them in front of the camera.
